  • WHAT DOES THE SERVICE COST?
    We can provide you this service under the NDIS updated pricing guidelines . Though our pricing is not regulated and we value our service. You can guarantee a value for money. We can get your service under CORE SUPPORTS ( Daily Activities i.e assistance in daily living ) and can be serviced via Self-Managed and Plan Managed. Cost varies on number of meals per delivery .
  • HOW MANY MEALS DOES THE CHEF MAKE?
    Each visit, the chef prepares 1-2 dishes depending on meal cost for you. You can arrange for shopping too. Most of the dishes can last you 2-3 days . Portioning of meals are excluded. We cook each dish in big glass containers.
  • HOW OFTEN DOES THE CHEF COME TO MY HOME?
    Most clients have their personal chef visit their home every week, although some choose to schedule services every 2 weeks or 2x per week.
  • DO I HAVE TO BE HOME WHILE THE CHEF IS COOKING?
    Nope, although most clients enjoy watching and chatting with their chef! As long as your chef has an agreed upon way to get into your house, they can do the cooking while you aren’t home.
  • CAN I JUST HAVE THE MEALS DELIVERED?
    Yes. We can arranged a meal delivered to your door. Some of the primary benefits of our service are the level of customization offered by having your own chef prepare meals just for you and the unique experience during a service day. That’s how we’re able to accommodate so many dietary concerns and unique food preferences, and why we don’t offer home delivery. Trust us, when you experience a chef visit for yourself it’ll be something you look forward to every week!
  • WHAT IF I HAVE A SPECIAL DIET OR DIETARY CONCERNS?
    We can accommodate most dietary concerns and diets, when designing our weekly menu rotations. Our Custom Package is well suited for clients with less common diets or dietary concerns.
  • WILL THEY LEAVE MY KITCHEN A MESS?
    Our chefs take pride in cleaning the kitchen thoroughly once they’ve completed the cooking, leaving it just the way they found it and oftentimes even cleaner! OTHER Option is food delivery
  • DO I HAVE TO SUPPLY THE COOKING EQUIPMENT?
    Your chef will bring their own “toolbox” with pots, pans, knives, and utensils into the home. Most chefs will even carry their own kits with herbs, spices, vinegars, and oils. You don’t need to have anything on hand except an appetite and working Kitchen equipment. USED glass containers can be washed and return to chef to supply new meals on glass containers.
